CognitexAll of us want to stay healthy and grow old gracefully. We all search for the eternal fountain of youth, although it seems we're not searching in the right place. Although we want a healthy lifestyle, it does take some work to actually experience a life filled with vivid memories and the ability to focus clearly on the present moment, without being side tracked by other stimulants. Cognitex is a supplement that is manufactured and sold by Life Extension Foundation, which is a nonprofit organization that wants to help extend human life in a healthy way.

Cognitex is produced two ways: one supplement soft gel includes the ingredient Pregnenolone and a NeuroProtector Complex. The other version only has the NeuroProtector Complex. The NeuroProtector Complex is a blend of Rosemary, Ginger and Perluxan Hops. Cognitex is an antioxidant that improves the flow of oxygen to the brain and keeps the blood vessels healthy. It can also help control stress by controlling the amount of cortisol that is secreted into the bloodstream. The Life Extensions Foundation has a lot of products that they say helps control memory loss and other cognitive impairments. If quantity is any indication of effectiveness, they have done a great job.

Does Cognitex Work?

Based on the ingredients listed and the information supplied by the Life Extension Foundation it does work for something. It does have antioxidant properties and has ingredients that have been proven to boost the immune system. As far as enhancing the attention span or improving the memory, there is not enough information available to come to any real conclusion. The brain support supplement Constant Focus has been proven to increase memory retention and to help the brain focus better. Constant Focus reduces forgetfulness and the efficiency of the brain is dramatically improved. The reviews written about Cognitex don't go into any detail as far as increased memory or focus abilities, or forgetfulness improvements. Constant Focus reviews give detailed stories about its effectiveness. It looks like Constant Focus takes the prize, although Cognitex does have some good qualities.
